Negotiator and Mediator in Burlington, Vermont
Over the past 25 years, John has negotiated several thousand cases to resolution and successfully mediated civil cases in Vermont courts. John has been a featured speaker for programs relating to mediation, negotiation and lien resolution hosted by the Vermont Association for Justice, Vermont Bar Association, Vermont Law School, Peoples’ United Bank, New England Crisis Negotiators Association and University of Vermont Medical Center.
John maintains a mediation and negotiation consulting practice. He particularly enjoys working with small businesses.John spends much of his spare time outdoors or spreading the word about whole food, meditation and Nordic walking on Pondermountain, a business he co-owns.
He is a member of the Vermont Beekeepers Association and serves as a Special Master for the Federal Court in Burlington.
