OPINION AND ORDER REGARDING PAYMENT OF ATTORNEY’S FEES
APPEARANCES:

Claimant prevailed on claim for benefits in case listed above. Claimant submitted an invoice for attorney’s fees and costs within thirty days to which is he entitled under 21 V.S.A. §678. Attorney Kasper for the Defendant has had an opportunity to object and the parties have agreed to the amounts listed as followed found to be reasonable.
ORDER:
In addition to the Order previously issued in this case, Defendant is ordered to pay attorney’s fees in the amount of $24,862.14 and costs in the amount of $8,392.14.
